Josh Turner is the creative force and founder behind JT Photographic Studios, Ironleaf Creative, and Above & Beyond Media Co — a trio of complementary creative businesses rooted in passion, precision, and purpose.
Josh’s journey began behind the camera at just 14 years old and quickly evolved into a professional pursuit that has shaped his career and reputation in the Tamworth, New England, and North West NSW regions.
From photographing his first wedding at 17 to building a dynamic creative network, his work spans photography, videography, branding, and media production — all driven by a commitment to visual excellence and meaningful storytelling.
Alongside his business achievements, Josh has earned notable recognition within the local business community. He was a Finalist for the 2024 Tamworth New Business of the Year and also a Finalist for the 2025 New England North West Young Business Leader of the Year — honours highlighting his entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and impact on the regional economy.
Josh believes great work starts with great relationships — listening closely to his clients, understanding their goals, and bringing their vision to life with creativity and clarity.
